Focus on Fitness

 Meet Krishelle, she is a fitness trainer in Olympia and owns Soundwave Fitness

 I love how there are so many facets to people as well as facets to fitness!!! It is truly a mind and body working together to create harmony and takes determination and a willingness to do it!!! And hopefully some fun as well. Krishelle uses the TRX system and it is so much fun to see in action. We did her session outside and found some amazing places to use the straps virtually using anything to hang it from and be able to work out anywhere.

This is my favorite photo of Krishelle as it embodies the focus, strength, kindness and determination of fitness and of her brand!

Focus Fitness photos

Fitness is one of those things you have to focus on like anything to get results. My client Jeff is a personal trainer and also owns a super awesome Mobile Detail service called Jensen 360 Mobile Detail.

I for one was inspired by Jeff and his enthusiasm for fitness and for cars and we had a fantastic session capturing him. 

 These are my favorite 3 shots from the session and I love how he can use the head shots and the fitness shots to promote both businesses.

Blogging isn't one of the things I do everyday, in fact I often post to Facebook because I find it to be much easier & more fun. I was thinking that the issue is sometimes blogging seems so formal, whereas Pinterest and Facebook are so intuitive and so crazy with the way we can inspire each other at the touch of a button. So please forgive my infrequent blogging, I will try harder ;)

This image is from a wedding that used the Pantone color of 2012 Tangerine Tango with some lovely richly colored reds. I love how weddings have theme colors that make for incredible images that are memories for the day and inspiration for others. 

Here is for the teamwork and planning that goes into each event and photograph, it is always a collaboration and no two images are ever the same just as no two people are. Love it!

High School Senior Pictures!

Megan came to me in a panic last week on Friday morning, her photographer had forgotten to send in her photo to the yearbook and had also LOST the photo she chose. Can you believe it? I could not and made sure I could get her a mini session and get it to her school by Monday morning. I said YES because can you imagine not having a photo in your own yearbook especially when you paid for one? I could not! 

Needless to say she was thrilled with her photos and happy to have her photos for the yearbook done and a good amount for her Senior book we are doing with her that will incorporate photos with this and a second session.

 These are some  of my favorites & hers and I thought I would share some of them.
